Redevelopment of Potsdamer Platz district in Berlin is identical by its scale and purpose toHyusisayin Poghota project in Yerevan. Both are aiming to rebuilt from scratch a vast area of central city and establish new urban qualities by attracting private sector investments.
Potsdamer Platz project was launched 20 years before, as an urban development competition, before involving investors and private developers.
On the basis of the development project the next level of architectural competition was held, where Renzo Piano was chosen to design the general masterplan and provide guidelines for particular architects, which would continue developing the architecture of specific points. Later six other world-known offices were commissioned to plan individual buildings --> Arata Isozaki, Christoph Kohlbecker, Hans Kollhoff, Ulrike Lauber and Wolfram Wohr, Jose rafael Moneo and RIchard Rogers.
As a result, the buildings created by famous architects in Potsdamer Platz were not considered as the best ones in their career, though the district in terms of its urban vitality appears to be successful. This happened via the virtue of multilayered strategic design, including detailed conception of architectural and urban qualities to be achieved in the area.

Եթե հատուկ խնդիր դնենք ընդհանրություններ գտնել Բեռլինի "Potsdamer Platz"–ի և Երևանի «Հյուսիսային պողոտայի» միջև, ապա դեմ չէմ որոշ բաներ ջրի երես դուրս կգան:
ReplyDeleteՍակայն այս երկու ճարտարապետական միջավայրերը միմյանցից սկզբունքորեն տարբեր են առաջին հերթին իրենց քաղաքաշինական լուծումներով: Թույլ տվեք ներկայացնել մի քանի փաստարկ ականատես-ճարտարապետի տեսանկյունից.
1. Նախ "Potsdamer Platz"–ում առաջնայինը հրապարակն է և վերգինս թարգմանաբար այդպեսել կոչվում է՝ «Փոթսդամի հրապարակ»:
2. Գլխավոր տրանսպորտային և ճարտարապետական միջավայրը ձևավորող քաղաքաշինական առանցքները սկզբունքոր այլ են:
Ամբող մեկ օր քայլել եմ "Potsdamer Platz"–ի և դրան հարող տարածքներում և տեսել եմ ըստ իս և շատ որակով ճարտարապետություն և էքսպերիմենտների հավաքածու և սոցիալիստական ժամանակաշրջանից ժառանգություններ: ՈՒնեցել եմ շատ տարբեր ապրումներ այս միջավայրում, բայց ամեն դեպքում տպավորությունս մեծ է և այժմ հինգ տարի անց դեռ իմ մեջ պահպանվում են վառ հիշողություններ ու դրական էմոցիաներ: Հատկապես հավանել եմ ճարտարապետներ Richard Rogers–ի և Renzo Piano–ի աշխատանքները:
Ցավոք նույնպիսի հաճելի ապրումներ մինչ այսօր չէմ ունենում Երևանի «Հյուսիսային պողոտա»–յով «զբոսնելիս», չնայած որ վերջինիս նախագծի վրա աշխատել են Հայաստանի հանրաճանաչ ճարտարապետները:
