the layers of traditional cities are multiplied by major transport interchanges, the skylines are raised up to the level of skyscrapers, new neighborhoods are built, where the size of a single dwelling is similar to the size of slum district around the corner. 
we often feel as strangers in our cities, no longer getting along with its scale and appearance. 
architecture is a tool, which has all the potentiality to control the development of the city to a direction of preserving and upgrading the specificity of the city.
